Think Smart!

Think Smart
I am sure that in order to get things done around your house that you oftentimes choose to delegate a few tasks to other household members.

At times this has to be done in your business also.  It just seems to make everything go so much smoother and efficiently.

The business that you operate is a living organism and it it's needs have got to be taken care of continually.  

Sometimes during these times it may occur to you that a task that you have been doing can be done another way that makes things run even more efficiently.  Or you may want to accomplish a large project and you are having difficulty understanding parts of it.

So on top of being a business owner who is dedicated to your business, you need to be on top of your business, finding new ways to make things efficient.

Now when you are finding these things out, if  a new method of doing something will save the business money that is great.  
  
But what if you don't know how to do it?  Never fear just as you use delegation to get others to work, you can get someone to learn about, set up and implement the new method for you.

So if you weigh the circumstances, one you don't know how to do it,  two, you are having difficulty learning it, or three, it is too time consuming for you, when you need to be doing other things.

Think smart!   If you know it will save you money and you know that you like it.  Simply pay someone to do it for you.  That way you can be working on other important tasks that need to be done.
